The buyer agrees that 5 USD from each certificate is donated to charitable causes supporting children affected by war. ETERNALLANDS.ART acts solely as an intermediary. Preferred organizations: UNICEF, Save the Children, War Child, ICRC, World Vision International.
Self-directed donation: The buyer may donate the 5 USD to any other charitable organization (e.g., a church or a local foundation). In this case, the buyer pays 4.99 USD for the certificate itself, and eternallands.art no longer acts as an intermediary for the donation.
10 certificates from the first edition of 10,000 pieces include an original artwork owned by no one else.
This artistic project is a symbolic concept, and ownership of the certificate does not guarantee entry into Heaven.
The land illustration is for display purposes only.
Exact coordinates are not included in the certificate. The new owner may choose the location of their eternal plot—provided it does not interfere with the rights of other celestial residents or local authorities.
Mental ownership of 1 acre of land in Heaven becomes valid upon full payment and signature of the certificate.
All matters related to the ownership of the “eternal land” belong exclusively to the certificate holder.
