The certificate holder agrees to make a voluntary charitable donation of $9.99 per certificate to support children affected by war. Preferred recipient organizations include UNICEF, Save the Children, War Child, the ICRC, and World Vision International.

This art project is purely symbolic in nature, and ownership of the certificate does not guarantee admission to heaven.

The land illustration is provided for illustrative purposes only.

Exact coordinates are not specified in the certificate. The certificate holder may select the location of their eternal land, provided that such selection does not infringe upon the rights of other heavenly inhabitants or applicable local authorities.

Ownership of one (1) acre of land in heaven becomes effective once the certificate is issued and signed.

All matters relating to ownership of the “eternal plot” are the sole responsibility of the certificate holder.
